So, I changed out the ECM and it still throws all of those codes!! Not sure what to do at this point.

I say that because there are many DTC 41 threads across all the C4 forums ; guys have lost their hair trying to identify what is actually causing the problem ;ECM , CCM or the wiring
The Comms problem appears more commonly found on 92/93 ECM's

Well guys, would you believe that it was just the key? I got a new key, plugged the starter enable relay back in and she fired right up! After sitting for 2 years!! Thanks for your help with this. I believe I still have some codes to work through.
