Going to clean up the upper lines and put the injectors back in and then use my NOID light to make sure its getting the signal at each injector. All the fuses in the fuse box look fine.

I would pull and clean fuses they can be good and still have crude on the connections.I hope the seals on the injectors are ok.

I have seen where they don't recomend to clean some injectors like ours.

NOID light confirms the injectors are getting the pulse. I put them in and the thing fired and idled great but died. It tries and tries to start.

The IAT sensor is broken! No joke, the tip is bent and the sensor inside is clearly broken. Could this cause an issue?

Not that bad but was asking when it dies. When it dies and will not fire up is your pressure good?

It should be about 40 I would try a new filter after all the varnish you pumped in it.

While cranking it is in the 42 range. When I turn the key to the on position it goes up to 40 an settles at 36. Still reading 18 psi.

Did you ever try it with a vacumme line off that should raise your fuel pressure while running it should be higher.

That fuel pressure is just to low I think that is your problem.

Drain and change the oil and put in new injectors. You don't smell gas in the pan and not think leaking injectors.

I changed the oil and it had gas in it. Changed the FPR because I smelled gas in the tube. I think it is injector related. They ohm out at 14.7-14.8 and NOID light proves pulsing at each injector. Issue is, I can visually see orangish/yellow in the injectors. I soaked them in cleaner but that limits his much gets cleaned. However, with no other changes it would start better. Going to get these ones cleaned locally and a friend if mine has some low mileage stickers I can try as well.

Call Jon at FIC and get some real remans. Not that your local guy can't do it but I would trust Jon to get you what you need. The old Multecs are junk. You may want to check the connection to the coil as well.

I will check it. I have a new coil, probably going to change the ICM as well.

These look to be Bosch injectors and the paperwork says they were changed.

I looked on the website but didn't find the injectors I need for a decent price.
