I don't really see why the power drops but those are SOTP readings which are essentially meaningless. I have had a buddy install a 58mm TB only on his car. Swore it felt faster. Did back to back tests and it was slower.

Advancing timing like the old carbed cars is going to increasing timing across the board. What exactly it will do might not be apparent. If there is detonation, the ECM will retard timing and make it slower. How much of a cumulative effect the knocking will have, IDK. If you really want to optimize the system, get a dyno or datalog tune and they can increase timing where they feel necessary. Increasing timing across the board is like buying a set of pants a size up because you have gained weight. Might be ok in the waist but now the trouser legs are a little longer.
