So you lost basically nothing on the bottom and picked up on top? That's damn good. What were your cam specs again? I wanna say mid 220s @.05? If I had to guess that is around 400 chp?

We can't see the "low end" since he started the pull at around 3k. Looks like ~340chp to me, if he's running a stick shift.
I want to know what custom grind cam it was.

cam grind 223/231 .557/.571 110 LSA
being conservative figuring 10% hp loss through drivetrain, should put it at 350BHP +/-

I spend my life above 3k. My bad actually, thought it started at 2k. There is a big crack in my phone screen though so that's my excuse!

Curious if you had a tune of some kind? I'm impressed if you can run that much cam + other goodies w/o a new tune.
Thx for sharing.
Oops, I see now in the first sentence it was a Dyno tune also. Congratulations!

I'm really impressed you found somebody that will dyno tune these OBD1 dinosaurs. You have the same tach problem I had a while ago. It was running into no man's land after 6k. I had to install an aftermarket tach.

Nice results. I’m considering a similar setup. I am about to swap a D44 with 3.45s into my otherwise stone stock 93 auto. Cam will be next.
Do you have to shift manually with the 4L60 to enjoy that extra 750 RPM from stock? You have to dig into a 700R4/4L60 (non-E) to change the shift points with different springs/weights I thought.
Also, while you were in there did you do a water pump and opti? I’m for sure doing a new pump but am inclined to leave a functioning low mileage factory opti alone.
