yes I did adjust the idle by the iac counts already. I have it in the 20-30 range. But I’m still having the same problem. I honestly think something is not right. I had some minor stalling problems awhile back but it was only happening after starting the the and putting in drive too soon. I’m breaking out the fsm and going to start going through the diagnosis chart for stalling.
How is the desired idle speed? Could it be too low for the cam?
Well I capped everything going to the evap and tried it out. Still does the same problem. Scratch that. Tried again and now it stumbles a little and motor stays running.

I think I read somewhere that someone had a problem with the superram sealing at the runner for the egr port and it caused problems. I’m really thinking about pulling this thing apart. I have 2 sets of superram gaskets so I might pull the plug and rip it apart.

Well I sprayed carb cleaner everywhere and did not hear any change in the engine. But I think I do have an egr problem. Finally had a reason to buy a vacuum pump tester. My egr is not holding vacuum at all. So either something happened to the hose or the valve is bad. Can’t tell with the big pizza box covering it. So I guess I’ll be pulling the super ram plenum to check it out.

Since you are doing the tuning, why not eliminate the code 32 and be done with it all?

i would love to ditch the egr all together but guess what I live in stupid California. I had one fail last year because the egr was not getting vacuum. Of course fixed that at the time. And barely passed. I’m only running one cat ditched the precats for my smog legal headers.
Well got this sucker apart. Looks like bad egr valve won’t hold vacuum. Also from what I was reading I should have a negative backpressure egr. Well this one is a positive and it’s not original.
Well the egr did need to be replaced anyway. But guess what problem still persist. I know the highest I had my idle set for was 750. Well I said screw it. I set it for 850 and now it doesn’t die. I guess the 211 cam is a little more radical than I thought.
