Anyone know this sound and what it is. I was thinking exhaust leak at first but found nothing

Sounds like valve train noise, have you changed anything lately? Take a look under the valve covers and see what you find or reset the preload.

no changes just started hearing it. I’ll pull the valve covers after work and check
