Default Help please

Alright so here is goes I’m really a novice mechanic I took a shop class in high school and can do an oil change and change a tire but that’s it. I need help. I just received an 87 corvette and while it is mechanically running great, there are some electrical problems. The windshield washer fluid no power at all not a huge deal, the cruise control no power also not a huge deal the air conditioning blower no power at all, is a bigger problem. It’s hot out, not to mention if I ever need the defroster I also don’t have that. I thought it was just the blower motor and got a new one but it’s still dead. I cleaned all the connector points for the resistors and checked all the fuses. Tried pushing on the fuse panel to try and see if there was a connection behind the panel that was loose. I unplugged and plugged back in the breakers. It seems like these things are just not getting power. Getting a multimeter today to confirm. I’m not sure where to look next. Chat gpt thinks it’s an accessory ignition switch issue. That seems kinda weird but I also feel as if it’s leading me on a wild goose chase. Any advise or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

A probe light can also help to check for power in circuit

Have a look at fusible link K at starter. Power comes from large stud on solenoid through fusible link and onto blower control.
