Default FLOWMASTER,CORSA.OR DYNAMAX?

Can you guys give me some info on which exhaust would be best for my coupe. Will the Dynamax mufflers work on a 95, I noticed in the mail-order catalogs they list them up to 91. Do the Flowmaster systems have a lot of resonance? Some say the Corsa is quiet unitl you get on it, I don't know if I want that, is it really quiet unless you get on it or does it have a cool sound all the time? I know this has been addressed before but just would like to get some of your advice before making the big purchase. Where can I find these systems the cheapest. Some said Jegs or Summit had the flowmasters for $550.00 that's a lot cheaper than $750.00 which Mid America is offering. Thanks for you input. Hank

I just installed the Corsas on my 94 coupe today, the exhaust has a great sound to it with no resonance inside the car. It is not as loud as Flowmasters but has a nice tone to it. They also look great on the car.

Put on a pair of Dynomax bullets on each side and the sound will be deep and throaty, but not too loud. I don't have resonance, but then I have more than just the muffs.

Are you looking for JUST mufflers (not a cat-back)??
If so, consider the Hooker Aerochambers. They are reasonably priced (Summit) and sound good; just slightly louder than stock, but a lower rumble at low rpm.....which means some resonance in sixth below 2000rpm.

Uh, seemed pretty loud to me! But it's a nice loud:D

If you want looks with a good sound, Corsa is the one, if you want more of a hot rod sound, get the Flowmaster.

Flowmaster has always been my first choice, but not always the one I end up with.

Someone on the 4 sale forum was selling a NEW Corsa system for a LT1 car for less than $800!

I have the Magnaflow mufflers and have removed the resonator. They sound very good and have minimal resonance at cruise speed. Plus they look good, click on link in my sig to see a photo.

I think you are finding exhaust preferences are as personal as your favorite beer. Go to some shows to listen and look for what you like.
