Thanks everyone on the help. I have hooked up the broken ground wire i found by the starter and the AUX Fan is now working. I also installed a manual fan switch for the main fan and my temps havent gone above 201 since. O, I also found 2 food lion bags and a huge piece of bubble wrap between the aux fan a readiator. I guess this is a very expensive street sweeper.
