its been hard to get everyone's schedule to jive but engine is all complete with all accesories on the front of the motor. i scrapped patriot heads and went with afr's 205. my compession is at 8.37 so should be able to really wick it up! motor, fresh trannie, tci's new billet 5 clutch stall and 3;15 hardened output rear are at the shop and will install tommorow.
the late 03 fuel system has been replace w/02 and 97 lines and lpe and msd bap. 60 motrons along with spped inc rails. the rails will not be installed as the passenger front part of the rail need to be shortened.
will drill and tap bottom front part of the rail for crossover.
i received my hp tunes 2 bar with enhanced io and will also receive from innovate their new lc1 an monday. its cool as i have optional input wire harness for blitz sbc so that way i can veiw a/f through it.
2 bar is going to be real cool willl data log in wideband on same program! just imagine the fun with blitz speed control and 2 bar map!!!
0 to 45 mph 5psi 45 75 8 psi 75 100 10 psi 100 1xx 14 psi
ps cannot wait till hp straightens out their 3 bar!!!!!!!
ill check in tommorow.
OH BY THE WAY
i have installation video for ptk kit, looks fricken easy if using current motor!!!!
Can't wait on the completion

no !! ran into a couple of snags! throwing the motor in is the easy part
, the little things ect. relocating and fabbing and cutting and so is what takes time.
that stuff is all done
next weekend the car will be done then its tuning time.
btw the ls1 speed rails JUST fits! i will remove approx 4mm so that the alternator has a little bit of room. will i be ok if i have main feed that goes to a y then to rear of each rail then regulator on the front of the driver rail that runs back to return line?

BTW, I just checked the PTK site and it shows my kit as SHIPPED!!!!!
BTW, I just checked the PTK site and it shows my kit as SHIPPED!!!!!

what is the lenght of the driver rail??????? please let me know ASAP!!!
You guys hang in there, there hasn't been a single person yet that hasn't seen my kit and said, "holy shi t what the hell is that"...personally I kind of like that response. Well there was one guy who said, "that looks kind of busy"...kind of made question his sexuality but different strokes for different folks.
You are going to love how drivable the car is and how much power you are going to make. You guys both have 383's too...you will make more than me at 9lbs.
I can't wait until somebody buys the PTK kit for use as an all drag kit on a C5 with a solid rearend. The fact that you can swap in some TE64's and make 1400 hp is going to be sick. Thats the point where the full LT headers and T4 flange are going to make the biggest difference at.
Sorry bud.. I'm in the office making more money to spend. I'll check it tonight..
I HEAR YA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TELL ME ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!
thanks

yes!!!!!!!!!!!!
the lc1 is 5 volt i am positive about this.
pretty much all widebands are 0 to 5 volts
blitz manual states that it need to be 0 to 5 volts and that what the lc1 kicks out.
do search on ls1tech

On the Aeromotive rails, the distance between the outer injector and the tip of the rail is about 1".. on each end and on both the driver and passengers side.
Last nite I got the -8AN feeds on at the back. It was a bitch and required dremeling out the back wall (water channel under the wipers) for clearance.. I used an 8Oring to 8male 90*coupler on the drivers side. Passenger side I couldn't do the same cause it sits a bit more forward and the stiff braided line wouldn't clear the manifold. I had to use a normal straight Oring to 8male coupler and 90* hose end to set the hose further out (or back in this case). Rubber hose would most likely allow to use the same fittings on the PSR as used on DSR.
Basically, it's not gonna happen w/o a dremel cause machining the rail, getting right up to the injector I don't think is going to be enough.
