Just get a regular daily driver (something that is good all year around, including in the north-east winter) and keep the Porche for your toy.

i wanna look for a track car used....do some autoX
but still wanna build another street car...now what... i dont know. what its purpose...........mile car, kit style car....just total looks car......just not sure...

Lot's of choices, no rush to jump into anything quick, just take your time.
