Just purchased a D1SC, RPS Carbon light twin disk, blower cam, plugs, 60# injectors, new springs. Should be together in about 2 weeks. Then planning for more later in the year

Yeah, I passed the CPA exam back in 1989, when a year after I got out of College.

The exam is not too bad, just remember it' more breath than a concentration on any one item.

Don't forget the tax laws, The G-man wants about 1/3 of that $5K bonus.

Good Luck on the test.

Its just amazing that with all the problem world wide that the addiction to his sport keeps us still spending money....I'm glad that most of my major work has been done last year as us Canadian's have to take the big hit with the money exchange rate right now. I had good timing for once. I wasn't as lucky with my first A&A kit. okay here is my list...

Shocks ...bought
Tires....can't make up my mind
DTE brace....to be bought
Rearend parts after...one day at the track

Well as far as investments go, mods probably give you a better return than stocks right now

This should be a fun year for me to say the least. As soon as the car gets pulled out of the garage its going right back into the shop to get it ready for the 2009 season.

Modification Include:
RPM level 5 Tranny(6 Speed)
RPM level 3 Diff
DTE Diff Strut
Sparco Seats/Harnesses
Roll Bar

Trying to decide between A&A and ECS for my end of 2009 Modifications to reach 800+ RWHP so i can hopefully grab 200mph in the Texas Mile and dip into the 9's in the 1/4.

Texas Mile Are you considering the G-force gearing in the tranny?

The exam was much different back in the days when I took it. The exam was in November and May, you had to pass 2 parts and get at least a 50% on the other two for it to count here in PA.

Don't go to crazy with the boost all you'll need to adda bunch of supporting mods.

Im still trying to decide which is more important to me...Running 9's or Hitting 200mph in the "Mile" if i could get a gearing set that could do both while keeping my lovely gas friendly sixth gear i would be extremely happy...Any ideas?

Pray to God that the buyer of my car backs out so I can enjoy it! I am thinking about throwing a bunch of oil under the car and loosen a few fuel system fittings so he rejects the car and go home

If he still buys it... then I am buying a Yugo and starting this mod chit all over again

Hey! No fair!

Maybe I pull a spark plug wire when you're not looking so I say it runs like chit and you have to knock $5k off

Now that you mention it, maybe a yugo would be more fun.
