Corvette C5 Key Mod
Come on guys the price's have been mentioned in about 3 previous post. Once again it will be in the 100-125 price range.

Can you post pics of those color samples
I love Vettes and American muscle cars just like everyone here. But I didn't drool over this FOB, my bad...
P.S: Just noticed the mentioned price would be $100-$125. FYI: From what I was talking about above, I've seen them go for $10. How does it feel paying $100+
I'll just spend my $$ on mods that make the car go faster, or buy a nice car cover...
Also, to let you know, it is sort of spring loaded so when it gets looses or pops out, and you can't flick out your key like a switch blade...It looks like some silly thing where your key just dangles. Imagine a knife with a loose blade... Oh and if you go to GM to get it fixed, you know what they'll charge to fix it, right....
. Good luck....

You mean your lawyer inserted the disclosure? Can I please laugh in his face?
The key fob final pic looks good. It definitely woudnt be in my way but I would like to see it with a few other keys on it.

. Good luck....As far as price is cocerned, why don't you call Audi, VW, or Mercedes and see how much they charge for their flip keys (MUCH HIGHER THAN OUR PRICE, INCREDIBLY HIGHER!) It's not cheap to make these.
Besides we're offering a lifetime parts warranty on our remotes free of charge, so no one has to worry if and when anything stops working!

I need a Key FOB i'm sick of not having a working FOB!

This isn't a "GM product". These guys are coming up with a nice product and offering it for our consideration.
Vette Fan, if you can find them for $10, you should go into the business yourself man. You can make a fortune!

PS: (Thanks Barry)

and love those big heavy phones, cuz we don't know what's better out there...
IF I really wanted it, I WOULD pay the MSRP on it.....knowing that somewhere else how much they go for. Its not a new technology, which would require as mentioned 5000 man hours. Maybe, GM added some radar detection technology to it...or something really cool. But if Audi, Merc, Lexus, and some other Asian cars (not considered really high end) have the same kinda FOB, why re-invent it? In fact, manufactering is not so costly as the research is. I'm a newbie here, so forgive my ignorance... But I was just trying to see the logic in this...
I guess if I'm really crazy, I'll wait on the side lines and watch Ebay sell it for half.

Cars have been around for more than 80 years, yet every time a new model comes out manufacturers spend tens times more money and a hundred times more hours than we have. You should ask, them why they "are reinventing it" (like you stated above)
. I prefer not to waste anyone's time on the forum, so if you have any more questions I would be glad to address them over PM or email.
I do have to say though that adding even a couple of keys to the ring is going to make this look
based on the pics of it inserted in the ignition. By the way, I am moving soon, so if this delays too long, I will have to wait.
Thanks,
