That is a good idea, to start the slope earlier to allow for a front license plate. I live in NJ, where a front plate is required , but I have no intention of putting one on such a great looking fascia .
You should be working on the C6 rear. I think it could use your help.
Thanks for the compliment. I'd love to be able to work on the C6 rear fascia (make that chopped off side view look better) and the front fascia but the compliments mostly go to Neablas for creativity... I'll take credit if my nuerotic nature gets this bumper off the ground and into production
You and Neablas both deserve compliments. Neablas did a great job coming up with the basic design of the fascia, but if it wasn't for you, this idea would have died a long time ago.
In a previous post, you said that there are 8-10 people interested at this point. Are you going to move forward with fiberglass, or hold out for urethane? I'm still in for either. Oh, and ttt.

A choice between the 2 - I like Paras' better.
However...
It would be much easier if there were better pictures/renderings/wireframes/whatever from all different angles in order to formulate a solid opinion.
I do love the cut-back side view of the nose in Paras' rendering (see pix). It's the one thing I do not like about the stock C5. I always thought the C5 should have the ACI chin spoiler (or similar) from the factory to complete the side view of the nose.
As a result, if the question was would I buy either of these front fascias, the answer would be "No". There is not enough information here to make a decision, informed or otherwise.

Garywurst, I have to confirm that the people who signed up will actually do this but I'm not sure whether to go for fiberglass or to do this poly... I'm trying to make that decision and would appreciate input or at least the opinions of those who want to do this. Somewhere in my dreams yesterday, I thought of finding out if the splitter can be made out of rubber and put on a spring hinge just in case we decide to go with fiberglass so that there's something that will flex back at the front. Of course, more features = more money...
EG, we still do need better pictures (at least one picture of the full front) but can you please list the information that you think is necessary to make an informed decision? And did you like the chop I did of the back (the picture under the one that you copied in your post? (It was shortened a little.)

Paras,
No I like the big butt of the C5 and everything else except the SIDE view of the nose. The front view of the nose is fine, it's just the side I do not like. I was thinking of going with a ACI chin spoiler (like Stuzvette) just for that reason.
I'm looking for pictures/rendering/whatever in 3/4 view of the whole car and from all different angles. You have one shot of half the car at a 45 degree angle in one colour - and ask for opinions on a new front fascia. I understand that you are protecting you IP, but at the same time...... you see my point, I hope.
Yup, see your point. More pictures are definitely needed. I'll also repost details like price, features, and other details that people might want (e.g. the fact that it will mount in the same locations as the factory bumper, etc.)
I like the one on the right, but it has to have a little different line to go with the rest of the car. The sharp edges through off the profile look. My 2 cents.
I'll try it again this weekend but wow... I suck with photoshop--I was trying for about 2 1/2 hours trying to get the shape of the air inlets just right with photoshop and I'm just not gettin' it... argh...

Just dont make it look like a Porsche 928 from the side the the above pic.
A chin spoiler/splitter would be nice.
Chris
Got it--no 928 look and I'm not going to pull the front back as steeply as I did here. The angle back will be more subtle. Did some exotic car surfing and adjusted my vision of what this bumper will look like a little...
