Congrat's, glad that worked out for ya. Sometimes it is better to be lucky Take your time on the next one because lightning doesn't strike twice if ya get what I mean. Oh ya, welcome.
hilisboro auto mart is well known as a horrible dealership
Really? I didn't find much about it on the internet, and I didn't really know where else to look, as I don't know anyone personally who has bought anything from there.
Have you had a bad experience with them, or know someone who has?
i know a lot of people that have back when they use to sell supras.... just look at autotrader, etc
btw the exact same thing happen to my mom, she bought a 2 door accord back in 92, she kinda got forced into it, the next day she wanted a 4 door, they said thats impossible, turns out she never filled out that draft thing either, so they could have either lost a sale completely or sold a more expensive 4 door accord so of course we got the 4 door
Mine is a daily driver...works pretty well as long as you don't need to haul anything huge. The trunk area is bigger than you'd think when it needs to be.

Well, I can always borrow a truck to move stuff from everyone I know who has one...also, I had forgotten how much of a hassle manual is where I live.
however, under Florida law, any contract is breakable within three business days. Or so I've been told.
You have been misinformed. This car, including all it's problems are yours. The 3 day RIGHT OF RECESSION law only applies to sales in your home (vacume cleaners, water softeners, etc.)
Now you know why used car dealers have such a fine reputation. You will find that good cars rarely end up at the auction to be resold by a used car dealer.
New car dealers keep the decent trade-ins to sell themselves and send the junk to the auction for the vulchers.
Flew out, picked up, drove home... its worth doing for the right price on the exact car that I've always wanted!
And, it makes me happy that you have them by the *****, they tried to screw you over and now they aren't getting a thing out of it
I agree, I live in Maryland and flew down to Ft. Lauderdale to buy my vette and drive it back home. Do the research, if you find what you want go get it. You got lucky.

Yes, as someone told me in the thread in the second page.
If you'll read the previous page, however, you'll see the morons forgot to get any money from me by totally forgetting to get my bank draft.
Also, thanks for your advice about used car dealerships. I'll probably try to buy from a "real" dealership next time instead of a small one.
