According to my calculation, the engine would have to produce 420 hp to let the car reach a speed of 300 km/h. This speed might be fast enough for the car's aerodynamic and for public roads (say the German Autobahn). I prefer metric units anyway

If you have never seen a funny car exceed it in a quarter...... you would never believe it (nothing to do with that Vette'). Hard to believe it when your standing right there....

Top Fuel runs over 5000HP and only running 330s.
