I always love a "which exhaust thread do I get thread?" I think I may post more to these than any other topic. As for my 2 cents, I too wanted to get a cat back exhaust system and wanted the car to be louder. I chose borla stingers and I am happy with them but always wonder if I should have gone with the SLP Loudmouths. As for Corsa, they sound great but just weren't loud enough for my taste...
I have Borla stinger 2 tips on my 02 A4 and my good friend has Corsa's on her 03 Z06 and in a side by side comparison the Borla's sounds deeper but I think the Corsa's look better.
There are a lot of "loud" cars out there with nothing under the hood just showing off. I prefer stealth.
I have a Corsa touring exhaust, LTs and Hi-flow cats with an x-pipe. By the time the other guy hears the power its too late.
The other day there was mustang behind me in traffic. Car sounded bad and the guy was reving and carrying on big time, making a lot of noise. It was quite a scene. I think he was trying to impress the girl in his car.
We both pulled onto the express way when all of a sudden he gets on it, making a lot of noise and passes me. I let him get about two or three car lengths ahead, down shifted and punched it and watched him fade away in my rear view mirror. I think he got the message.
He won't be screwing around with any vettes in future I bet.
Regardless, most of us even in stock form have enough power to take out 90% of the vehicle out there. So with a little sound to backup the looks. Icing on the Cake

Borla = heavy drone at cruising speed. 1500 to 1800 rpm... They do sound great at idle and wide open throttle... but If you do any highway driving, you will have to suck it up and pretend it isnt there. like all Borla owners.
I had the Borla Quad Stingers on my '97 A4 and for the reason mentioned by ET I went to the ZO6 Ti cat back. Good luck.
Hey that's easy! Just consider the name. Do you want "Borla.Borla.Borla.Borla" or do you want "Corsa.Corsa.Corsa.Corsa" The latter sounds sorta wimpy in my opinion!
I have the Corsa Indy's and they sound great. I wish they were a little louder though, but i guess the big cam will make up for that . If you end up going with Corsa make sure you go with the Indy's to make it worth your while. Both are great systems, good luck with your choice
Have the corsa indy's love then WOT and just about any kind of driving . But I don't
like the idle sound . I have no X pipe that might fix it . anyone know ?
