Down here in Jawja, outside of Atlanta, I still get the wave most often.

 

Finally had nice enough weather today to put the top down and go for a nice cruise. The temps were about 57 without a cloud in the sky.

During the trip, I saw a C1 (sweet looking '63), C4, C5 and a C6. The guy in the C1 was airing his tires so we never made eye contact. I was too busy admiring his ride. Sharp silver '63. Looked stock except for some aftermarket Chromies. Very nice car. I met all of the others on the road. Two waved first and I fired a wave to the other and got one in return.

The wave is alive and well here.
