Ah, the rarest of rare. The C5 Z06 Coupe. Complete with stick on rear ducts, Z06 badges and neoprene mod red interior. I spied this little beauty at the Birthday bash at the museum last weekend. To me, you've got to have some big brass to bring a poser car to the NCM for a C5 event. I hope that this person was simply duped into buying what they think is a Z and not sticking on all this crap. If you are a member here my apologies, but what were you thinking?
That is one heck of a road trip to Kentucky , from Lakeville . I take it there were some "nice" cars there too .
How bout this weather !
Jim
Yes it is. My wife and I go two to three times per year. We didn't drive this time we flew. There were many, many nice cars as always. We have some good friends and family that we see in Bowling Green as well.
I'm loving the weather here now but it was mid 70's and 80 on the last day in Bowling Green.
..........my gardner's cousin, know's a guy, who know's a guy...who bought the one and only, real Z06 coupe from GM. It was some sort of a prototype model.
Hey guys it really is a Z-06, I just modified the roof because at 180 mph its alot more stable. Its a rare car the factory forgot to cut the holes behind the brake ducts, I want 50K for the car its a one off.

The "Two Guys Garage" episode this week had them putting twin turbos on a "Z06", which happened to be a convertible. Must have been a rare factory option.
