You know,I have seen a ton of coupes and verts that would actually be "downgrading" by putting zo6 badges on.........
Meaning performance wise,the z06 can't hang with them,without mods...
Just take a look at the A+A bq pics,you'll see what I mean
So I don't see the big deal.....

If you drive a Corvette (especially to a Corvette show) with badges from another model you invite criticism. Its not to say that we can't modify our cars to look like anything we (the owner) want.

But you said "why" people buy them bugs the crap out of you..why I bought mine was it was $20,000 for an 02...I dont see how the reason "why" should bug the crap out of you?

Hey Col. Dee......Did you mean to say "real" Z06 badging on a plain Corvette? They were real badges, right? I have a "real" Z06 Badge in my "Corvette Room" displayed with all of my Corvette stuff...I stuck it on the fender of one of my modle Vettes...guess I'm gonna get egged ?
