Bulbs are here I could only take pics in the garage because of the heavy rain. I cannot tell if these red bulbs will be ok during the day yet. They look great in low light conditions. The pics below are with them off and then with only parking lights. So far so good, just need a sunny day to see how they work out. Yes I know my picture taking skills suck

Thanks guy's I will get sunlight pictures if it's nice out tomorrow. I'll also use a tripod, so I don't get dizzy looking at my pictures.

Tried something today, put the DD and Vette next to each other in direct sunlight. Can't see the tail lights on either one. For the sake of the pics, I took a few just out of the bright sun in a shaded area. What I did notice is the further you are AWAY from the lights the better they appear to fill the lens. These LED's work fine, I like the look, they are here to stay.

Thanks man. I can but it's going to be awhile. I go in for surgery on BOTH my knee's in the morning. When i'm able to walk again, as well as get into the car I will certainly get that photo.

WOW! 151 posts!! Granted, not all of them are "in favor of" but MANY are -- too bad we can't get a vendor interested in selling these again. Bob, I haven't had time to read the FL statute, but based on a cursory review of what you posted, I think we're good to go! I'll look more in-depth in a few days... I'm going to have so many cool things to come home too -- Caravaggio seats, a C5 Kidd-done radio bezel, my LG LT's, and now the lights too?? WOOHOO!!! (Oh yeh, AND my wife and kids, family and friends... ) I miss my car... Humvee's just aren't as thrilling to drive.

The lights look great! Good luck on the knee surgery. My brother had one done last year and can't wait for #2 to get done next week.

Thanks Vaughn I take it you were able to work something out and have secured the set we discussed?

Thanks I was going to have them done seperately but I remember how bad it was the last time. Figured this way I only need to endure it once.

Hey Bob, good luck on the surgery, hope it comes out OK. I put the LED taillights I got from ProCarParts in mine today, they look allright, but it just dosen't have the same look as the clear lens, if I ever run across a set of the clear lenses I think I would still buy them and put them in.....................Jim
