Rain
98 with 20,000 miles....never been in the rain...and when you look under her,...she looks just like she did when she left the factory.....

You better hurry up and cut your losses!
I'll give you $5K for it right now. Though I can totally relate to the original poster...
I only drive the vette when there's no threat of rain, or snow, never when it's too sunny, never when it's too cloudy, never at night, only when the pollen count is low, when the temp is above 70 and below 75, on weekends only, never when it's dirty, never when it's windy, only when there's no humidity, never behind other vehicles, never with a smoker, drinker, eater, farter, or breather (always use an oxygen mask), and after each drive I change ALL of the fluids, completey disinfect it, give it full 6-hour detail, and place it back inside it's hermetically sealed container, before it goes into the underground storage facility.

...and if not then, while in transit or while sitting on the dealer's lot.

I will say that I've become quite good at predicting the weather. If it's too cloudy or looks like it could rain, it stays in the garage.
By the way, mine has never been washed either. I.

That is some funny stuff right there...
By the way, mine has never been washed either. I also just turned 20,000 miles on it last week. Some people like driving their Vette in any kind of weather. I know it's hard for people to understand, but I enjoy just knowing that mine's in the garage and I can take it for spin on a nice, sunny day. Different strokes for different folks.he only backs it out of the garage to clean the garage and then brings it back in
