Need help hooking up

Just curious if anyone could help me with my suspension issues. Basically anytime I try to hammer down on it from anything less than a 40mph roll, it just takes off sideways and I have to let out. I am looking to upgrade the suspension but I'm not rich so I want to make sure the upgrades I choose are the right ones. What would some of you upgrade first? Shocks? Springs? Sway bars, bushings, etc..? Any help would be great. Thanks

Oh, and just in case any need to know, I run a pretty stock setup. a4, 3.23 gears, aftermarket B&B Exhaust, Varraram Intake, lowered 2" all around on stock bolts, and upgraded tires to 255/45/zr17fronts, 295/35/zr18's back...

Tires, get some better compound before you go messing with possibly needless suspension mods.

ive upgraded the tires

to a better size and better brand. Lets just say tires arent the problem. Then what?
