Yeah, but what do you want to do when you grow up? I still don't know! At least when I feel the need, the need for speed, I can grab my sweetie, hop in my 02 MY coupe, and take a "road trip" and forget all my problems for a bit. Most comfortable ride ever! Beats our Deville and Silverado hands down. Save the Wave!!

60 here.
For some, a nursing home would just be a continuation of their sedentary life. For myself, it would be pure hell. Ain't going there.
I speak from personal experience when I say the alternative is a noble option.

53 years old and life is great. Kids are old enough to be on their own so wifey and I get to do things like vacation without kids. Finances are much better than when I was younger..... more toys. I'm my own boss. I still get to jam with the younger guys. Wife still looks great and sex is still great.

I DRIVE A VETTE!!

Feeling old is mostly is mostly a matter of attitude. I wouldn't change a thing!

BTW...sory about your personal weenie problems ...at least you can still enjoy your Corvette...most senior citizens never even get to have one
Now on a much brighter and positive note>>>get out there as much as you can and enjoy your Corvette while you can still drive
Well said.... your insurance is high, even for being older.

Life is good at 51, plus 100 years all new people.
Enjoy it while it's your turn.

Tom, your only 60, get going buddy. I'm 64 and doing what I can to slow the aging down. Went to a frienda wedding Saturday and the wife and I took a fun drive up to and around Lake Tahoe on Sunday. Fresh air and curvy roads, great fun. Your close enough to enjoy that run too.

Saw some other Corvette's up there and got some waves. Enjoy life, as tomorrow is promised to no one.

Well said. Nothing like a run in the Vette to make you feel like a kid again. Remember both of you need excerise.

Default Hey!! It ain't that bad

Come on now LOL! Sure getting older stinks but it's not to bad. I'm 51 and feel pretty good. Have to work out more then I use to and thats about all that stinks. Oh yea, having a 32 year old wife does help! Especially when she bought me my Vette for my birthday a few years back. Plus, don't need those magic pills yet! She can do that for me too! [/IMG]

This kinda says it all,

The Golden Years are here at last,
I cannot see, I cannot pee,
I cannot chew, I cannot screw.
My memory shrinks, my hearing stinks,
No sense of smell, I look like hell.

The Golden Years are here at last.
The Golden Years can kiss my ***!

Or the Little Rascal forum. I guess we could soup it up when it comes time. Do they make Borlas for scooters?

Half a head of hair! Bragging again huh? Look on the bright side, when Mr ***** fails, we can go jump in the Vette and play with our DIC. Thanks to the Vette, we'll have the fastest, sleekest car at the home.
