there gonna total it....im waiting for the esitmate on the payout,.....i explained to them today that i dont wanna go to the junk yard and take the parts off the car (headlights, wheels, lights,exhaust) so i wanna see if they will give me the money for the mods i have......ill let u guys know

Good luck on getting the money for the mods. I hope you get the money or the mods back. I don't know if insurance will just also give you money for the mods without insuring them too though. My insurance said they insure mods for an extra cost of course.

It may have been posted earlier in the thread but I didnt read the whole thing. You dont have to take the insurance company's first offer. They do have to settle it. They can make you wait.... but if you have patience they will come up quite a bit on price. Have they offered you a buy back amount? Sometimes you can make good $$ parting (what's usable) of your old car out....and get your mods back...
