According to my owners manual, my fuel tank has a capacity of 18.5 gallons.

Where did you get that info. from? I just went back to www.corvetteactioncenter.com and what I posted was correct except the '04 has a 18 gallon tank.

Only thing I can think of is the C6's have an 18.0g. tank. Chevy also changed the fuel system in mid '03 to what would eventually be on the C6, no idea if the tank or capicity is the same or has anything to do with it. Interesting though(kinda).........thats all I got!
