My son hates bungie cords and now I can understand one more reason. Can you imagine if you had a passenger sitting there with an arm out the window? Bummer, Don't feel too bad your C-5 is a "material" possession after all and will be fixed soon enough!

Like others have said, who would have thought a bungie cord would do such a thing!! They seem harmless in real life!!

When one see's them so often on the road, I sure never thought that much about avoiding them but I sure will now!!

That's what we called a highway baby alligator...as much damage as was done, it could have been worse. It looks like the passenger side window was down at the time. Imagine what damage that could have done to the passenger (or to the driver).
