No problems here. I put 24,000 miles on my 2004 coupe before I traded it two weeks ago.
So far I have put about 200 miles on my 2004 Z06 and all is well.

I had to have a fog light replaced under warranty because it was so far out of adjustment it couldn't be fixed. The dealer had no idea how that could be and neither did I. That was done at 400 miles but other than that, there haven't been any problems at all. I'm still on the original battery, too, yet a friend of mine who has a 2003 50th Anniversary edition is on his third battery. I love my 2004 and don't plan to ever get rid of it.

04 Coupe with 24,000 miles. Rear differential replaced under extended warranty. Dealer could not get the rear end leaking to stop after 4 other tries. Also replaced a battery covered by warranty. Love the car though.
