Can you email the pdf file to
johnnys@huntingtonhouse.com please. I always thought the premade ones were over priced. I don't mind giving it a shot.
Thanks.

I would say 1/2" material to make a sturdy partition.

I don't really ever think you will find an EXACT match, but I just asked for black carpet and it was pretty damn close.

I got mine from a local car electronic store called "Sound Proof". I checked auto parts stores and they didn't carry any. Neither did places like Bestbuy, Circuit City, or Radio Shack, so I just picked the phone book up and started calling places.

Bigstik.................
Hey Bigstik, I sent you a PM for a PDF copy of the partition template.
dieseldave55@hughes.net ............Thanks
I've done one for the wife's 2000 FRC but that was before I go my Z06. I used two pieces of 1 inch foil backed polystyrene, with 1/2 inch medium density upholster's foam, then covered the it with black leather with similiar finish to Vette's seats. Then sewed it together with black piping around the borders ( both interior side and trunk sides). The three inches really cut the sound down and the fit is quit stable.
I want to do my Z06 the same but with classy metallic silver Z06 decals ( the car is QS) that measure 5 /1/2 X 22.00 on both interior and trunk sides. I had it made some time ago for this purpose. I think with will be distinctive but not guady.
The template will help me from making that trail and error fit template that I thru away after the FRC was done. I love DIY projects.
