Jim, ever think that too much of a good thing is just that? Too much? When you first had your car flamed years ago, I thought it looked great. The engine compartment looks great. Doing the bottoms of the lambo doors was a great idea. But now, and I'm just speaking for me here, I wonder if the theme has been taken to far. The entire interior, seats and floormats? Just too much. Once again, just my .02 Have a Merry Christmas, and I hope to see you again next summer at Carlisle.

Thanks Fred... ...once the newness wears off and I get up the nerve, I'm going to have to start doing this mod thing I've been hearing a lot about... ...

Wow! One of these years I'm gonna have to do an event where I can see Jim's car in person. This car could set off Smoke Detectors just driving by. Kudos Jim.
Wow, I bet its hard to see at night with all that going on inside
It really hasn't bothered me yet...As a matter of fact, I kind of like being able to see the flames on the interior for a change...Before, when I just had the sides and motor airbrushed, I never got to enjoy what I had spent all the effort and money on unless it was parked at a show...
Once the dash is completely painted, it might be a different story, but could always use one of those covered dash pads if needed when driving..
I was wondering when I would see you start on this after telling me about it in Chicago This is going to look great when your done

One thing I always learn from Jim's post: What the hell is behind everything in my car! I've always wondered what that dash looked like taken apart. Man, I'd cry if I saw it looking like that because only the factory would be able to put it back together again (oh, and Jim too)!
Hi AJ, thanks... ...I've always wondered how it looked behind there myself.. ..just hope I can get it all back together again soon... ...
Hey Ed, not a problem...I appreciate and respect your comments/opinions...
You know, if we all had the same tastes and ideas this would be a very boring place to hang out...
Dang Jim, when you pull apart an interior you pull it apart..... Have you thought about flames on the underside of the car....
Can't wait to see the finished product.... And especally can't wait for CI9 to see the car in person.....
I'm doing small time mods compared to you....
...Hey Wayne, your catching up at a pretty fast pace... ..
Looking forward to seeing you guys again...
Geez Jim, can't believe how much work you have done again, I remember you telling me you had another dash assembly or something... ...holy smokes!
Sorry for not sending pictures, waiting for my brother to get me set up for that to occur... ...car still only has 366 miles on it. Man, Dolores really had a impact on me....oh well. Hopefully, everything is well with Darla. Thanks again Jim....
Hey Steve, enjoyed visiting with you Thanksgiving weekend...
Everybody's doing fine around here....sounds like the mod bug has really bit you too...that new C6 is going to look awesome when you get through with it...
Looking forward to seeing you again...
It's official. You're going to have to install an onboard fire supression system to keep those flames in check.
Can't wait to see the finished product.
I was just thinking something similar... I figure someday he's gonna be riding down the street and he'll stop somewhere and somebody will come a runnin' with a firehose, fire extinguisher, something to put the fire out!!

You mean like one of those "flowered" ones?
Gotta give you crap bud!! I'm still laughing about that comment... I'm such a smart-a$$
