Well, Wednesday will be 2 weeks since I mailed my letter to the current owner. He has not contacted me yet, at this time.

I sold my 94 trans am a while back, wish i still had it. I would bye it back in a second if i could.

If the former owner of my car ever contacts me I am gonna kick his butt! Why would someone repaint a torch red C5 with Viper red paint? They are so close in color that we didn't find out until the hood was custom painted and placed back on the car....ya think it had anything to do with my having bought it used from a Dodge dealer?

Update For 01/17/2008
Hello every one. I have just received a response from the current owner of my 1999 FRC, and wanted to inform all interested forum members of the outcome.
First the good news. My Corvette has found a good home and is being well cared for. It is stored during the winter and has very low mileage for a vette her age.
Now the bad news. She is not for sale at this time.
The current owner did state that his circumstances chould change later this summer and if they did, he would contact me and give me first chance in the event he wished to sell. Well, not exactlly what I wanted to hear, but at least she is being well cared for by a vette guy, and there is still a slight chance of bringing her home. Time will tell. Again thanks to all the members who helped with their suggestions, information, and comments. Keith
