Didn't everybody's momma hang one in the bathtub when we were kids? I thought it was a cool squirt gun. I'm glad I never found out what it was used for until I got older...

Although it does look awkward, he could own/rent both parking spots. When I was stationed in NJ a couple of years ago, I lived in a townhouse community. The smaller homes would have two outside parking spots and the larger ones would have garages.

I dont see a problem with being an Individual.

I never colored between the lines when I was a kid and dont park between lines now.

Also I dont park up front and give myself room

That's how we park in NYC. Forget about dings and dents on the sides of cars, you guys should see the the fronts and rears of bumpers on cars around here.

He owns one spot and the other is marked "Guest" which is (should be)open for guests of all tenants. This "Guest" spot is actually the closest to the entrance of the building.

Saying should be reversed.
The owner is lucky it is a coupe, he can crawl to the drivers seat. Totally stuck if that were a vert. Well if you have topdown window module you could roll the windows down crawl up on the car and slide in to the drivers seat. Being a C6 I don't know if you can command the top down from the fob.

Either way bad practical joke or pissed a few people off!

Another possibility in the first picture is the guy in 402 made an agreement with the guy in the next slot to not allow visitors parking next to either of the cars. Solution the vette guy consumes two of them.

He'd get keyed even if he did own both spaces. Who's gonna check first?
