We do not have a winner yet...I didn't get to call this afternoon.

Ok Tracy, last I heard was 472/434 around noon and still tuning...was that on my stock LS2 TB ? A couple more runs tomorrow with the Rev-x one ?

I want to confirm pick up Thursday morning...about 9:30am. Will that work ? I will leave here about 5am to miss Orlando traffic.

Yes that will work. 9:30

The final#'s were with the RevX TB....479RWHP. (I was in the hospital & am still woozy from the anesthesia) not sure on the torque. Car runs awesome & has great driveability. You should really drive it back home, not trailer it!

And BLU was 3 over...damn, you guys are good !! Who needed the dyno ??

I was figuring 470, and hoped for 480. Pretty dang close !! Good job guys @ Rev-xtreme

Can't wait to see the dyno sheet for the torque figures...my guess is 440...Chris - Blu...lets hear it ???

383's dont produce a whole lot more HP than say a 347 but the TQ will be a very NOTICABLE difference. Im really not as sure as I was on the HP guess but Ill go ahead and guess 440-450 ??

Ok guys, final numbers are 479 rwhp \ 434 tq...sooooo Chris is the winner by one horsepower LOL... My real thoughts were about 470/440 was hoping 480/450 but I did choose the weaker cam for the street. It is very close...can't complain about those numbers

Tomorrow is payday $$$ (not for me)..leaving at 4:30am for this 12 hour trip down and back. HOPE TO HAVE A COUPLE VIDS SOON !!!

Im actually having LME build my forged 347 shortblock now. I should have it running early june and Im hoping for 500 rwhp without the bottle

By the way..my buddy lives in Loui...forum name is Bluecajun on the LS1 Truck site (real name is Lance). Eleven second truck...great guy if you run into him. This is a pic of his truck from Pinks last weekend

The real test will be at the track....can't wait to see the results where it counts.

Bob, we should work on your truck as a complete project.....put it on a diet & make sure the suspension works for the application. Remeber, we run 11.30's with a 330 rwhp C5 A4.....it's all in the proper combo, setup, & tune.

Tony mamo is working on my AFR 205's right now to open up the chambers and give them a good porting. The cam is very similar to the g5x3. It will also have a mamofied FAST on it so I'm excited

3250# (due to the roll bar). TC locked it makes 374 rwhp.

Well guys, I picked it up and trailered it home. Just got back from a ride with my son...this thing is Nasty with my 390 gear/M12 Tranny...Holy crap !! Here is a sound clip and remember it is idled a hair high..about 1000-1100. Third gear from a 25-30 mph roll will fry the Nitto Drag Radials. What a sweet motor and camshaft !!! Actual torque was 437 with 479 rwhp....

Can't wait to see the track times. The RevXtreme billet TB made a good bit more power than the LS2 90 also.
