I've got Allstate for everything - nobody could beat the price, about $1100/Yr for an 05 Explorer Sport trac, 06 Escape & a 99 Coupe, all w/ collision.

Get a quote from Liberty Mutual, I pay $3200. a year for five vehicles, $500K liability, comprehensive/glass $100 ded, collision $100 ded, and I have a 17 year old male driver.

2005 Escape, full coverage
2004 Corvette, full coverage
2004 Mustang GT, full coverage
1997 Ford F-250, full coverage
2000 Ford Focus, (son's car) full coverage, but no collision ($1000/year)

no one has AAA huh..

Me shopping for a good (inexpensive) insurance too these days. Libility on the 93 Accord, Full coverage on 99 Vette. Me 33, wife 31 (absolute new driving license). Me some tickets in the past.....but nothing showing up right now.

I think now its the law, if you expire/don't have insurance, DMV automatically finds out and will suspend your registration too.. At least in CA.

In Nevada, It is the law that the insurance company notifly DMV if your insurance laps, If it does it is like a 250 buck fine and you will need an SR22 which will double your insurance costs.

Default Aaa

My husband and I use AAA they were the cheapest when we were getting quotes. And claim service was good also, when my husband put my vette into the side of a hill. (yes he is still breathing even though I wanted to kill him. lol) we pay 2400 per year 1000 deductable full coverage on 98 vette, 2008 Tahoe, 99 ford f250 super duty 4x4 and about to add 83 jeep CJ7. I noticed there is not much price difference on liability only and full coverage, so i keep full coverage on everything and full glass replacement. oh we are both over 40 few tickets (not mine) and 1 wreck.

I think I'm getting the shaft. I pay $1234 yr. on an 06 Silverado and was quoted $1010 yr. on my 03 Vette I will be picking up May 5. I'm male, 39, single, and squeaky clean record. These premiums are from state farm. Think its time to start shopping

That is pretty darn good.

Again, I'm pretty surprised at what some people pay for insurance. Geico is very very cheap (for me at least), so I think some people should go rate shop on the Geico website.

Maybe it has something to do with I only drive my vette like 5k a year? I live in ND, so I don't take it out in the winter (which is like, 9 months out of the year)

I just tried to get a quote from AAA, but looks like they don't use a online quote system. You have to wait for an agent to call you........I hate that

Likely, low mileage reduces risk and rates.

No two people are going to pay the same amount of insurance to the same company, there's to many variables...

I think I pay so much cuz of where I live (New Orleans). $2244 yr. is outrageous. Then add home owners and flood to the mix. Insurance co. is robbing me. And don't make a claim cuz they'll drop you.
