Yep, that's the story. Black shows the dirt. Have had black on other cars. Like the color, hate the upkeep.

HEY! I am a cool vette wife. I love our vettes-my first was a 1978 coupe and my husband's, at the time, was a 1991 coupe. Now we just have the Z06...WHICH, I just made him buy stripes, blackout kit, and Borla exhaust. Next will be heads and cams.

I didn't have too. I run a screen resolution of 1280x1024. Pretty much everything fits on my screen.

I agree.
California Duster or just go get some hot water and a towel and go over it once and it will look great. The key is to not let it get so dirty that you have to give it a full bath.
Plus, black looks 100x better than any other color when clean.

They look great, but royal pains in the *** to keep clean! Both my cars were "black Accidents" I wanted "screamin yellow" in the Mustang, and pewter in the Corvette, both cars, I caught deals in Black. So good I couldn't refuse! Both Cars are stellar show stoppers! Both cars get rubbed out twice a year and waxed every month. It gets tiring while taking care of 12 acres of grass to cut, and other numerous car projects I get
involved in. I'm out of work today to paint the front fenders and header panel of my son's car today!

Seriously I don't have enough time anymore to keep the car clean and I have been scratching my paint every time I wash. My wife has a silver car and it looks great. I'm going to buy anything but black or dark blue and wash it in the touch free only from now on.
