Have they found anyone in her area yet? I am in Myrtle Beach S.C. about 150 miles away. nI ahve a 10 yr old daughter and it breaks my heart to hear of this.

I was going to do the same for my uncle who was a 30+ yr turn marshal with the SCCA and certified car nut but he never gained enough strength to get out of the hospital for the ride.......

Thank's again for the well wishes and offers of contributions guys. I really don't feel comfortable asking for money from people over the internet. That is why I only asked for the people that were going to show up to donate at the house. I just don't have any real way to validate that your donations went to the family. But I will not stand in the way of the family receiving gifts from the community because of my own comfort. I am moved and touched this a.m., seems like we are all so subjected to a cold harsh un-caring world and society more and more these days.

But then something like this comes closer to us and it must always be remembered, even when it may not seem like it, there is more good in this world than bad, I would like to believe.

Thank you Bryan, great job. So far C5 is out everything compared to C6owners. (Although we did get out of the 'gate' much sooner )

you should really just post the story on the c6 forum start a new thread and you should keep a running total with updating what each forum member donated that will entice ppl to donate such as
