I have a feeling that "wave" came from the Z06 loudmouth seeing the taillights from FactoryRaceCar's "small" engined car.

I had a guy in a C5 pull up to my ZR-1 (on a closed airport race track) ask me when I was going buy a fast car. He felt pretty stupid soon after and his gf was laughing.
