I just wanted to pass this along about the customer service at RPI. I had never order anything from them until today. After I completed my order and returned to their home page, I noticed that there was a notice about a 10% discount through Sept. 15 and a code to use at checkout.
Well because I already had completed my order, I sent a quick e-mail asking if the discount could be applied to my order. I do not believe the e-mail had been sent more then 10 minutes and I received a phone call from RPI stating that they would apply the discount.
Now that is customer service. Like I stated this was my first order, but it will not be my last, based on this event.

Josh is great to work with. I put in a big order with them on Sunday and he answered me back with all of the questions that I sent him. I will surely be going back to them. I also bought stuff from them at Carlisle and they were great in person too.

My purchase experience cemented in my mind that RPI is a Top Notch Vendor. Great communication, packing and got it in a couple of day's. If they have what your looking for give them a shot. You won't be disappointed.
