I think it depends on the maintenance after the rain. If there are visible water spots then I would ask for at least $200 off for time and money to get it cleaned up the right way. If it looks like it's in the paint then I'd be asking for about $1000 off. If there are no water spots or any damage caused by the rain then I wouldn't care. That's just me though.
