I got the car going again and did the multimeter test on it, the battery was like 7.6v at idel and the alternator was 3.6v. I didnt get a chance to jump straight from the battery to the alternator because the car ran out of power.

Tony.
Your doing something wrong. Your car won't start with 7.6V.
What settings do you have multi-meter on ??
Should be set DC (direct current) vs AC(alternating current).
Charge the battery over-night or get a new battery, not a used one and then do test.
Well I did the jumper test and had 13.6v on the DIC and no error so something in the wiring is gone. That seems like a lot of work so I might just get some 4awg wire and make a jumper for now.

You must have pinched some wires, etc or maybe you burned them down by the headers.
I would trace the harness and wiring and just fix it right while you have it apart.
It could be the prelude to more problems down the road, if you take short cut.
I did a temp 6gauge jumper because I have to get the car across town next week when I move. I was just curious though, would this cause my ABS to go INOP? I have the diagram for the charging system and it wouldnt seem that it affects ABS buuut this car has been a pain so far, why not now?

Depends on waht DTC/s is/are set in the DIC. There are 10 different things that can cause the EBTCM to error out. Check the DTC and see whats there. Chech the DTCs prior to turning the car OFF. Some DTCs reset upon restsrting the engine.
But yes, low voltage is NOT a good operating enviorment for the modules in a C5.
