Check the door control module. Its just to the rear of the speaker plate. Usually it's one of the relays inside.

A quick fix is the slam method. While the ignition is on, hold the down button on the passenger door window control and slam the door very hard. Works for me!

I disagree that the problem is usually a relay. Many have had the window quit working and you can still hear the relay click. Mine quit and a new window regulator fixed the problem.
I know now that the motor was not bad, they just get in a bind and stick.
I am trying a new approach. I bump my window down about 1/16 inch to unload the motor and drive, and so far, they are still working.
You can also have the window regulators rebuilt if you have time to ship them. Check out Regulators USA on the web.

I'm not familier with that problem with the regulators. I see many cases where the wire starts to fray and the window will go one direction, but not the other.

Mine has done this several times. Try popping off the cap located behind the door handle. Take a flat head screw driver and have someone else hold down on the window button. Take the screw driver and place it on one of the screw heads and hold it there. Take a hammer and tap on the screw driver while the window button is being held down. The motor will usually free up after a few taps....sometimes it takes a few more. Start with light taps, but don't be afraid to hit it a little. Just don't go pounding it.

Default Fixed it

I've had window problems since I bought the car a few years ago. I read a post about taking the speaker off and tapping the motor. Well after a few hits nothing. But then I reached in and hit it on the side and it worked..

Default Relay ..... yes

I struggled with this as well. Replaced the relay suggested but still had issues. I bought a used module, and the window now worked but the lock had issues. I replaced all the relays, I think there were 4 When I oreded them I ordered 4 so I would have extras. Fixed the problem and didn't even cost much other than a little frustration. Simple but not cheap methow would be to replace the module.
