Dash pad reflection
Here in the land of perpetual sun, I noticed I get an annoying amount of reflection coming off the dash pad, probably made worse after I used an armor all type product on it.
What have you all used to treat the dash pad and not have it shinny?
Thanks

I currently use Zaino Leather in a Bottle. I have also used Aero 303. Both have a good SPF factor and a mild shine.

I found the same problem even in cloudy Ohio so I bought a dash pad from Mid America and just leave it on all the time as it also protects the dash as well.

Is this a legit application? Does anyone else use LIAB on their dash?

Get A dashmat-problem solved(Kragen)
That big ol' dash generates alot of heat when it warms up,and why let the sun f**k it up?
Take the mat off if you want to,or not,it's up to you.

Polarized or mellanin shaded sunglasses works great, eliminates the glare.

they still make that stuff?
I've got a bottle of AA Low Gloss that I've had for quite a while, reserved just for the top of the dash. The TA I had suffered from the same problem.

I just wipe my dash down with a damp cloth. I really don't use any treatment on it.

Go to Autogeek, get some of this stuff. Protects and has no shine to it.

303 is the best for rubber and vinyl. Keeps it supple and has SPF to help resist the sun damage.

I went the dash mat route and put velcro on the bottom of my radar detector which now sticks to the mat.
Only one problem... when I jump on it, the weight of the radar detector rips the dash mat off and it all comes flying in my face!
