Egged while cruising on the highway = shattered Light Cannon
Went on a midnight run with some friends last night and while cruising in the left lane some ****head coming the other direction chucked an egg at me, and scored a lucky hit on my Radio Flyer projector.

Needless to say I'm incredibly pissed off and can't believe people sometimes.

Wow that sucks. You have my sympathies. Someone threw a handful of pennies at my coupe the other day, luckily they didn't leave any marks. Some people just plain ol' suck

If eggs get enough velocity on them, they can become downright dangerous. I'd imagine you were going about 60 or so, and the other guy was going 60, but in the opposite direction. That egg hit your car with some serious force.

I was going at least 80 and they were probably going 60-70 so figure on close to 150mph closure speed.

As stupid as it sounds, it was probably a pretty lucky break that it hit where it did... Had it hit on the paint somewhere it would have caused some serious damage. Ask me how I know...
It might not look too horrible in the pic, but those chunks missing were all the way through the paint.
I will never understand azzhats like that.
