I put a set in almost 2 years ago in the wife's vette and they still look new. You can see the entire install and night shots at the link in post #4 of this thread.

Sounds like a very good deal to me, if I had the money I would go for it.

I've had mine in about a few months and they hold up pretty well.I don't have any scratches, dings, etc. Bugs of course will need to be washed off.

I drive mine mainly at night since I go to school at night.

I have had mine for about three years and they still look brand new. The lens is a very tough plastic. Pretty sure all US lenses have to be plastic due to Federal regulations.

Well as Mr.Bill stated they are made by ACA, so the only holdup would be if the guy is legit. But pay with CC and you shouldn't have to worry.

I don't see the ebay add but I did buy some of these off ebay in the last couple of weeks. They are the ACA housings set up with 9005 bulb high beams and H9 bulbs in the projectors. They Work great and I got them the day after I ordered them on ebay. I have ordered a H9 HID kit from JW@JWMotoring.com and it looks like it will be at my house soon. In the end I think this route may work out better than the orig ACA setups because The mounting of the H9 bulb looks like it will solve the loose fitting D1S bulb problem in the orig ACA kit. I'll find this out when I get the JW@JWMotoring.com HID kit in the mail. If you get a little creative and snoop the ebay sellers info you will find it is a retailer east of L.A. They list the same lights and some Depos on their retail website for about $40 more than their ebay price.

I've also ordered the ebay lenses, the seller has taken 3 days to send them off though and they've got to come across that large pond. I've also ordered some so called german 55W hid's which arrived from China in the same time.

I'd recommend reviewing the rules on promoting eBay sales by non-supporting vendors.
