This may save your life...
I've plugged or witnessed somewhere around 10 "plugged" tires in my 30 years of life... and 90% have blown out within the year. 
I wouldn't even trust an internal patch for a 100+mph tire.
Newton's law....
Having a plug (one failed on me a month ago at 45mph on my daily driver after one month) or a patch (would you trust it at 150+mph?) is a recipe for a funeral.
Get a new tire. Patches and plugs are for slower cars... not triple digit machines.
