^ That looks better, hard to tell from the other pix. I like some of the ideas of the shortened ACI. Do you guys like it as is just shortened or would you guys want to change it up a bit as in some of the photochops (Ie..center support moved or maybe a couple different ones besides the center)

Remember guys if I make this in urethane it will be a bit more expensive. I will say in the $350-400 range? I could probably do the initial GB for $299 since we would need 25 presold and $299 for a urethane lip would be an awesome price. After the first 25 are gone I would probably raise it to $349-$399. If we can settle on an ACI style, i'll start looking into it. Let me know. Thanks

This is definately the style you should go with. I like how it comes up on the 2 sides like your ZR Side Skirts. Would match perfectly. I would purchase this 1 with out a doubt with the side skirts. The spltter on the red and blue Vette's is way to thin and ACI is way to thick. I think if you go with the this one you would definately sell alot more b/c all of us extremely lowered guys would definately appreciate it more.

I wish I had the skill to photoshop to show ya but thats not happening.

I want one in carbon.

I've been tracking ideas for this for years. Here's my two favorite.

First is the ACP one posted earlier. This seems to be pretty close to the discussion of the shortened ACI. It does seem to have some sort of lip/edge/curve in front of the front wheels. Not sure that could be replicated.

The second is the Chrome and Carbon one. I've tried to purchase this direct from the guys at Chrome and Carbon, but no luck. Here's all the pics I've ever been able to find. Including some that I had emailed to me from the only owner of one I've located.

Did I mention I want this in carbon. I was going to buy a TS nose just to get the carbon lip you were putting together in the past. Then I realized that such a low lip wouldn't make it in the driveway of my new house.

I like these because they are relatively low profile, yet still obvious. I don't feel that I'll rip these off if I fail to notice some change in the road.

The flat ones that are in one of the first posts (from Wheeler's car) just isn't my style. JW is actually putting together a GP on those right now in another thread.

I'm not a fan of the ACI spoilers either. I have a hard time explaining why, but the look just doesn't do it for me. I will admit though, the shortened ACI one was starting to look better. I think that was closer to the look presented in the two choices shown above.

Oh, and Pete --- make it in CARBON too please!

chris

I'm in on the shortened ACI, but carbon fiber to go with my side skirts would be what I would really like. Also an ACI rear lip in carbon fiber would be excellant.

How is your engines cooling?

I am guessing that your car is still a bottom breather.

I have to open my radiator opening to a full 5" high by 18" wide to get enough air for cooling.

However, my car is a front breather, not a bottom breather, and have a front undertray.

Function front spilter. I can stand on it and it wont budge

Yeah I like that, especially the rear diffuser, that is what needs to be offered more than the splitter.

I like the full length ACI made of poly. It makes the car equaly low to the side of the car when viewed from the side.

Another vote for the "chrome and carbon" style, very nice. Also like the shortened ACI one, never seen that before. I would love carbon fiber but with my lowered vette I'd be scared of scraping (it's inevitable) something so pretty and expensive. Def should have options of the urethane and carbon. When you get a final mock up or idea of what it will look like consider me in for the first GP

I could probably get a carbon piece made somewhere in the $399 range for the GB and maybe list it at $449 regular price (estimate) Urethane as mentioned would be in the $399 range as well. In duraflex (fiberglass) we could probably do them in the $295 range.

Ok guy's lets see if we can come to an agreement. It looks like the most popular would be something similar to the Carbon & Chrome (although I think it could look better) I wouldnt make it as wide so it doesnt stick out on the sides. Next is a shortened ACI, but do you guys want to leave it as is with center support? I was told we might be able to start this in 2 weeks so lets try to nail down what we want to make.
