Here were some instructions a fellow forum member posted a while back (sorry, no pics):
There are about 10 - 15 7mm screws on the very bottom - remove all of them.
Then I believe there are 3, 7mm screws in each fender well - remove them.
Open the headlights and reach back where the bumper attaches to the front edge of the front fender - there are 2, 10mm nuts on each side - remove them.
Open the hood and look at the top edge of the bumper - there are 4 "push pin" type things there. Pull up on the center of each one of these and the plastic "pin" will pull up - then you can remove these four.
On the outer edge of the top edge of the bumper there will be 1 10mm bolt per side – remove them.
Now you should be able to start to pull the bottom of the bumper down and forward - might also want to try pulling the top edge of the bumper up and forward.
When you can get your hand in there, take the driving light / turn signal bulbs out.
