I have uncoated Iforged Wheels that I have owned for 5+ years and most would suggest they are new. I do a three step process twice a year and coat two additional times with the sealant.
1. P21S Polishing Soap --- will remove tarnish
2. Metal Polish --- (Optimum, Flitz, Simichrome) to bring back all shine and bling
3. Coat with Rejex or Optimums Optiseal. (soon going to use their nano coating Opti-coat)
I found Zoopseal no better than other sealant products. It actually left a little bit of a milky appearance. As with any sealant or protectant you cannot use a harsh wheel cleaner or it will reduce the protection. Soap and water is often all thats needed. Use a safe wheel cleaner (Sonax, P21S) when you do the three steps above as desired.
I just purchases Adam's metal polish #1 and #2 last night. out of curiousity. I wonder why adam's website does not carry #2?? I had to order from 2 different places. One of which was up north. They sent me an email today saying it will be 2 weeks before it ships because of frozon conditions up there. :\

Adam's supposedly combined #1 and #2 into a 1 step process.
If you found the #2 stuff then that's the old formula.
Adam's Metal Polish was reformulated to be a stand alone, one-step Metal Polish. Using the same jeweler's rouge that we used in the #2, our new Adam's Metal Polish brings the same amount of gloss to brass, billet, stainless, chrome, and nickel.
Adam's Metal Polish is a pure liquid formula, does not scratch and is safe to use on delicate metals. Guaranteed 110% to outshine any Metal Polish!

I still wonder why they call it #1 though... They should just call it Adam's Metal Polish. I find that still calling it #1 is misleading.
Anyways... It will sure make my polishing of my SP500's easier only having to do one coat..... They are 3 years old and still look like new. . I got a bottle of the new formula for xmas, and can't wait to get my Mothers Power cone and slap some on....
I feel your pain. And mine is a daily driver so I have to polish them EVERY weekend. And that still barely keeps them looking nice. Once I drive it in th rain its all over.
I havn't used Shark Hide on wheels (don't own any aluminum ones), but i have on everything else (aluminum chassis, billet suspension pieces, etc...) and it definitely works well.
If somebody is looking for a long term alternative I think it would work well - http://www.sharkhide.com/ - and be leagues and bounds ahead anything zoop or rejex or similar will do.
Feel your pain. My car sat in the weather last winter for 3 months while at the shop for repairs down in VA Beach. My SP500s were trashed when I got the car back due to just sitting outside. Nothing a bit of elbow grease and metal polish can't take care of. Just have to expect this with aluminum wheels. I spent about 1hr on each wheel to get them back to a mirror finish. Once polished, you have to expect some regular maintenance to keep them looking good.
The Mother's metal polish liquid and paste with a mothers power ball mini and power cone work very well. I have also used the Eagle One Keep Clean wheel sealant spray-on product and had good results. Product just sprays on as a clear liquid. Dries with a bit of haze but simply buffs out with a microfiber towel. Need to repeat every 2 - 3 washes but very easy product to apply and maintain. Much easier than waxing by hand.
I am intrigued by the Shark Hide sealant and have heard good things about it. Good luck with your wheels.
