the side pieces of mine are on but the center section is not. I asked the body shop if they had to dremel out a section and they said no. so upon closer inspection the stock (center piece) of the air dam on the spring load is not present so i guess i will throw it on and see what happens. i guess that means i have to cut the carbon piece. has anyone tried cutting the air dam instead? i feel bad trimming such a nice piece of carbon

If you go to the first page and read GR8WHT's install, and look at his pics, you can see the part that you trim off is not that big. This is pic 8 from his write up.

fixed this problem yesterday. Cut out exactly what was needed to mount the stock air dam and no problems with heat at all anymore. I will get pics up as soon as i can. Side skirts are moulded in and so is the rear carbon lip. Looks bad ***. Now all i need is a rear section in carbon to the car is lower all around

I'm curious if the radiator supports are at any point lower than the spoiler. (trying to decide if "fangs" would still be required)

The radiator supports are a bit lower but you will not need the "fangs". If you install a new front spoiler and you accidentally hit a curb with the radiator supports or "fangs" you will need a new spoiler. 90% of the time I back into a parking spot.

I see that happening to me in the future.

Any chance you can reload the pics, they are dead links now? Yes, I know it's a 5 year old thread, hoping for the best.

Yeah, the pictures stopped working. I wanna see it too! If you use a picture loader, like photo bucket, and erase the pics from your loader before leaving it a few days, they will dissappear. You have to let it sit on the site for 5 days, or it will likely erase the used history of your images, wherever you posted them.
