Default Missing sensor

I took my dash off for an HUD install and now I realize that I may be missing a sensor form the top where the defroster vent is. Can someone show me what this sensor looks like??

On the right side of the defroster vent, there's a round black heat sensor, but on the left side, there's a hole, where it looks like something should go,but nothing does.
The heat sensor looks like a little black ball, about 3/8" .

Actually,I was wrong about nothing going there-if your car is equipped with "Twilight Sentinel",the hole on the left side is for the light sensor.
(got curious about why that hole is there and did a search)
My Vette doesn't have the option,so there's nothing there...

It might be laying inside of the dash.

Thanks DeeGee you are always very helpful. That is what I was looking at but I thought there was also a small sensor on the other side of that vent.

I had that thought. Had it all apart though and tried to look around. Didn't see anything.
